These values are estimates only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Calories burned, BMR, nutrition values, and activity estimates can vary depending on many factors, including device accuracy, user input, formulas, food labels, body composition, intensity, and individual metabolism.

You are responsible for the information you enter into the app.

You are responsible for checking whether your entries are accurate, complete, and appropriate for your personal situation.

You are also responsible for how you interpret and use the information shown in the app.

The app does not verify the accuracy of food entries, activity entries, body data, or other user-provided information.

To use the app, you may need to create an account. Account creation may require an invitation.

The app is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. Users under 16 may not create an account or use the app.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details confidential.
